Make Love First

Many of us agree that love is an action word. Saying you love someone without showing them just doesn’t cut it anymore. Life is hard and seems to be getting harder.

So, what better way to start your day, than to make love first? Think about it, don’t you breathe just a little bit better when you feel love in the air? Sure you do. We all do! Choosing to make love first in our everyday routine is a healthy way to mentally prepare for the good, the not so good and the unexpected we face day in and day out.

It’s no secret, Evil is busy. It’s working in homes, churches, schools, the workplace, you name it. Some see it as entertainment; they laugh and encourage Evil’s toxic, manipulating and often dangerous behavior. It doesn’t take a lunch break, sick day, or a vacation. Nor does it discriminate. Evil feeds off all the attention it gets. It’s a regular guest on the news and social media. I said all of that to say this, it doesn’t have to be this way.

We are the solution. Let’s make love a priority; and place it at the top of our “To Do List.” Make it a lifelong commitment. Since most of us love a good challenge, here’s one. Try it for 21 days. If you are serious about your love for others, show it. Together we can change the news, and really give them something to talk about!
