Happy Ever After

Many of us have heard the phrase, “There’s life and death in the power of the tongue”. Speak life into your situation-health, relationships, careers, others, etc. Likewise, we’re also familiar with the phrase, “Smiles are contagious”. So, go ahead and curve those lips. Come on, it’s free!

These are simple, basic things we can all practice. So why don’t we? This year has been quite the challenge for many, if not most of us. Yes, wear your mask. Yes, social distance. Yes, stay in touch with family and friends. We got it.
What some of us don’t have is inner peace, self-love and a positive outlook on life. “Happiness is a choice, not often chosen”. Keep in mind, nothing lasts forever; pandemics, long-suffering, disappointments, you, me. The list goes on and on. We’re all temporary.
So why not be intentional and choose to live happy ever after?

@ocarey Well said; I totally agree. Let’s finish strong!
So true and well said my sister. It is oh so easy to complain and ride the "pity party" train. Let's practice being intentional to remain grateful and keep a spirit of joy.
